As announced in February 2025, Drexel University is restructuring the operations of its former Office for Institutional Equity and Inclusive Culture in order to sustain our academic mission, better serve our community, and ensure full compliance with federal civil rights protections against discrimination.

The University’s inclusive culture and belonging efforts are now housed within:
- Division of Student Success (for student-focused initiatives)
- Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (faculty support)
- Department of Human Resources (faculty and professional staff engagement)
